As a general contractor, I have been able to work with many different tradespeople, and it gets tiresome trying out new people again and again. I have a short list of things I look for when working with any subcontractor for a job: Are they clean and presentable? Do they show up on time? Do they provide a written estimate detailing everything they will provide? Are they licensed and bonded in good standing? Once contracts are signed, do they do what they said they were going to do? Alchemy Plumbing exceeds my expectations. Either my expectations are too low, or they are just that good. From answering my calls, scheduling an estimate and on to rough-in, they have been so easy to work with. Justin Churchwell and Chase Thompson have both been polite, dedicated, and detail oriented. On top of showing up on time, they asked questions, communicated their schedules, and even cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I am looking forward to having them back out to finish installation, and I can't wait to bring Alchemy Plumbing along to my next job. Keep raising that bar!

I had Alchemy Plumbing come out and install a new toilet about six months ago. Just recently, I noticed that the color of the toilet seat was different than the base. I contacted them and made an appointment to have it replaced this week. They were prompt and efficient and scheduled this replacement almost immediately. I would highly recommend this company. The initial installation six months ago went very well and they certainly were professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service and I think they have gone above and beyond in making sure that the original work done is perfect!
