Who We Are
Alchemy Plumbing is redefining what it means to work in the trades. Based in Lake Oswego, Oregon, we’re known for precision, reliability, and relentless integrity.
Our mission is simple: Elevate the trades through leadership, innovation, and craftsmanship.
We’re reshaping the plumbing industry from the inside out by investing in technology, mentorship, and the kind of culture that turns hard work into long-term opportunity.
Our Culture & Values
We hold ourselves and each other to the highest standard. Our five core values guide everything we do:
Excellence in Every Detail

Relentless Effort
We evolve every day — in mind, craft, and character. Training and innovation aren’t optional; they’re the foundation of mastery.
Empowerment & Leadership
Every tradesperson here is coached to lead. We invest in development programs that sharpen both skill and confidence.
Community & Reputation
We protect our name through effort, grit, and respect — on and off the job. Our reputation is built, not bought.
